Extended Season Opportunities

Traditionally in the Rangeley Region the fishing season has always come to a closure at the end of September. Although, over the last couple of years the state has allowed certain waters to remain open until the end of October under strict fly fishing only and catch and release regulations. This includes the Following: Upper Dam, Rangeley River, S. Branch of the Dead River, Sandy River, and various small ponds.  This has been a great success! We have discovered that there is still a lot of great fishing to be had and the backdrop of Fall foliage makes it a truly spectacular time of the year to be out and about.  So don’t put your fly rod away yet! We want to share with you all the fun we have in October so ask us about the numerous waters that are still open.

We are offering an Extended Season Special similar to the July-August Special which consists of a
half day of guiding for only $99/person.
