Guiding Rates 2012
Full Day Trip - 1 person $250 . 2 people $350 . 3 people $450
- Your full day of guiding includes a hearty lunch , selected flies-custom tied by your guide, and some equipment if needed such as rods, waders etc.
- This is based approximately on an 8 hour day but your guide is always willing to put in the extra time and effort needed to make your trip a successful one.
- We do not recommend more than three people per guide to ensure everyone gets the attention they deserve.
- Group rates with more than one guide are available upon request
- Due to a short season a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a trip in advance.
- In case of cancellation the deposit will be honored towards a future trip, even the following season. In order for your deposit to be honored we require at least a two week notice. If less than a two week notice is given your deposit will only be honored if we can re-book the date of your scheduled trip. We understand how life's unexpectancies can arise and will do our best to accomodate.
- If for some rare instance your guide must cancel the deposit will be refunded 100%
Half Day Trip - 60% of Full Day Rate
- Approximately 4 hours including a snack and beverage, selected flies, and equipment if needed.
- Sorry! No half day trips on the Rapid River.

Casting Instruction - $30/person/hour
All of our guides are excellent casters and have successfully taught many people to cast during their guided trips. But, if you are a beginner looking for a solid foundation of basic instruction or a seasoned angler who would like to further improve your present casting skills you might want to consider a lesson. One of our Guides, Kris Thompson, is a certified casting instructor through the Federation of Fly Fishers. He is a lifelong student in the art of fly casting and can explain and demonstrate it in a clear and concise manner that will motivate you to be the best caster you can be.
